These are some of the projects that I have been involved in throughout my career. My role has varied from creating zoning plans to developing projects through as a private company developer. In recent projects I've been engaged as a supporting manager for employers in my team. Project involvment of course varies from short to long-term and they are not listed in any particular order. Årstafältet
Two large-scale housing projects, in phases 2n and 4. Appr. 700 new apartments, one of which will host a metro entrance. Working together with many developers and the city.

Drotsen/Kronprinsen
Large scale iconic buildings in Malmö. Heimstaden is developing the entire area ranging from streets to commercial center, residentials and mobility solutions.

Skärholmsdalen
Appr. 100 new apartments situated in a beautiful valley in southern Stockholm. Part of a large-scale project revitalizing a somewhat derelict area. Challenging topography and interesting architecture.

Barkarby centrum
Zoning plan consisting of two blocks framing a new and important infrastructure node in Järfälla. One of the blocks is a mixed-use building with a considerable focus on mobility issues for the entire project.

Sickla
Team leader for Sickla in Nacka. Coordinating 15 projects and the gaps between them. New metro, streets and other infrastructure. Making sure development complies with the master plan.

Igelboda
Zoning plan from start to finish. A large and existing residential area with a focus on preservation, cultural histocial values and correcting injustices regarding building rights.

Saltsjöbadens centrum
Early stages master plan for the area containing a new commerical center, school, pre-schools, parks and residentials. The project was cancelled after 2 years because of many protests but was recently restarted.

Norra Nobelberget
Early stages zoning plan. Interesting location just next to the Stokholm city border, height differences, tram line, hotel, a park and all of it located on top of an important tunnel with national interest.

Pausgallerian
Revitalizing the old city center of Enköping with a new commercial center with offices, stores and residentials. Focus on mobility, neighbouring streets and cultural historical values.

Svanhöjden pre-school
Zoning plan from start to finish. Turning a left-over space in Älta into a pre-school for 160 children. Challenging timeline and focus on qualitative outdoor spaces and architecture.

Ektorp Centrum
Early stages zoning planning containing a new commercial center, new streets, playground and residential buildings. Long processes that have been reshaped a few times after I worked on the project.

Berga centrum
In a social-economically challenging part of Linköping, Heimstaden is working together with ICA (grocery stores) and other developers to try and lift the area with new housing and a new commercial center.
