I am a creative and result-oriented person.who appriecates a good work structure and respect deadlines. I have no problem speaking and presenting and I value my social relations, often trying to find ways to make others laugh.

I am specialized in early stages of planning; for instance master plans, zoning plans and acquisitions. These long processes has required me to become both resilient and innovative to make progress. Since graduating with a Master's degree in Urban planning I have been lucky to work both for the public as an urban planner as well as a project developer and manager for private companies. Having experience from "both sides of the table" has deepened my knowledge in the field and allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.

My latest job was to manage a team of project developers, business developers and business analysts at Heimstaden Sweden. The company own properties in over 30 Swedish municipalities and it is up to my team to find and create the best possible new developments for these areas.  I really enjoy seeing my employees grow and I try my best to support and challenge them with the right tasks.

Starting out as a Human geographer (Bachelor's degree) and later an Urban planner I have a special interest in cultural historical values and how we can create sustainable and livable cities. What motivates me the most is probably leading by example to try and build a more sustainable future for my son.
